$5 fee per session applies for use of the Warehouse Fitness Centre, being a member allows us to use the facilty free of charge.

Social Bike Ride (no fees)

Start time - Sunday 7.15am

Any bike,a good helmet and  just as long as you can ride safely and socialise at the same time !

25-27km distance. Average speed 20km/hr . ( Leisurely pace) then we stop at the World  Iconic Cottesloe Beach Front for a coffee or two, then back to Freo !
