Running session

Making running fun ! Find ways to make your running improve dramatically without your normal hum drum run ! A  training session that incorporates all those components of running that that you just NEVER do when you go out for a run on ya own. More like coaching session . We will give you drills, Intervals, Hills, running technique and drills, sprints work, trail running, agility, speed, stretching and corestrength. Every 6 weeks get a chance to test yourself with a 5km  time trial ! Venue South Beach Cafe, Ocean Drive, South Fremantle.

NO JOINING FEES. NO CONTRACTS !!

20 classes $210.00 valid for 3 months  

10 classes $ 120.00 valid for 2 months 

Casual $ 15.00

 Memberships

 3 months $ 210.00 ( valid for all group training)

6 months $ 365.00 ( valid for all group training)

Personal Training Fees

Fees start at $ 50.00 per 1 hour session and $ 40.00 per 30 mins ( Includes Fitness Centre fee)

Fitness testing and Body composition assessment for Personal Training is complimentary (1st session) 

Partner personal training (pairs) starts at $ 100.00 per 1 hour session. Fitness assessment also complimentary !

Social Bike Ride (no fees)

Start time - Sunday 7.30am

Any bike,a good helmet and  just as long as you can ride safely and socialise at the same time !

25-27km distance. Average speed 20km/hr . ( Leisurely pace) then we stop at the World  Iconic Cottesloe Beach Front for a coffee or two, then back to Freo !
