MIKE BARTON

Revtrain Fitness Owner and operator , LeMond Fitness Cycling Academy - Director of Education for Australia and New Zealand

Relevant Qualifications - Director of Education LeMond Fitness Academy - Australia, LeMond Master Trainer Foundation and Advanced Certificates (USA), Personal Trainer Certificate IV, Group Fitness Trainer Certificate III (FitNation, Australia), TAA (Training and Assessment) Certificate IV. TRX Suspension Master Trainer. Fitball and Core Trainer specialist.

Mike has been cycling for 18 years, he was an elite Triathlete, Mountain Biker and Road Cyclist.  His passion of cycling, fitness in general and wanting others share that passion lead him to part time group Fitness Intructing in1999. Threrafter with no experience or offcial training he became a self taught indoor cycling instructor, working part time in fitness centers and health clubs.

In 2002, he opened his own cycling specific Indoor Cycling Studio in Fremantle, Western Australia, which he owned and operated for 5 years.  This studio attracted much attention from elite cyclists, triathletes and professional athletes such as the Fremantle Footbal club.  During the operation of this studio Mike accumulated over 3000 hrs of instructing experience!

In 2006 the LeMond Academy was launched in Australia and Mike became the Education and Development Director.  In tandem with this role he also operates his Personal Training and Group fitness business "REVtrain Fitness" which offers indoor corestrength and outdoor Cross Training and TRX ( Suspension Training), which ofdfers Personal and group Training.

In his spare time and still being very passionate about maintaining his own fitness and  he is still a competitive age group participant in local mountain biking, Triathlon and Adventure races !

 

LOU DUNSTAN

 Lou Dunstan has over 6 years experience in the fitness industry.  Her experience includes cycle instructing and outdoor group fitness, she is a qualified Personal Cert IV and Group fitness III Trainer 

Lou has specialised in women's fitness groups and also conducts outdoor group training for all fitness levels.  Her aim is to support clients to achieve their health and fitness goals in a fun and friendly environment that will have you returning for more each week.

This is one passionate trainer and athlete, known to be relentless in discipline and results !
