Private / Personal Training
REVtrain Fitness provides both personal and partner training. We will work with you to ensure you receive training that is tailored to your needs and fitness goals. Fitness programmes can also be designed to suit the event that you want to participate. eg, Marathon race, Swimming, Triathlon, Multi Sport event, Paddling or just a general cardio and getting into the best shape you can be !
Group Training
A variety of group classes to suit your needs. We offer both indoor and outdoor training, where you never get the same class. Please see our timetable for details of training times and session fees.
Fitball (corestrength)
Using a fitball (also known as a swiss ball) is a great way to have fun while improving your core strength. Our group sessions are designed to encourage you to help train and develop your essential core muscles.
Our outdoor crosstraining sessions are designed to be more than challenging for the average "Joe or Jane" but at the same time we have retained an interestingly friendly atmosphere. The training format is NEVER the same, this keeps you coming back for more. 
Lemond Fitness
REVtrain Fitness is proud to represent the LeMond Fitness Indoor Cycling RevMaster Training here in Australia.
LeMond Fitness, started by 3 Time Le Tour de France winner Greg LeMond in 2002, sets the industry gold standard for high quality and exceptional performance in stationary cycles. LeMond Academy Master Trainer Mike Barton offers fitness professionals the opportunity to learn accredited group exercise courses, including the RevMaster Group Cycling, using LeMond's state of the art stationary cycles. The LeMond Academy is Fully Accredited by Fitness Australia, ACE and AFAA as a "Continuing Education Specialist".
